Dan Pedersen — How do you manage risk?
In January last year I quit a job I hated. I had no job lined up. We also happened to be preparing to move home. Oh, and my wife was also seven months pregnant with our daughter. Risky? Maybe. But the choice seemed fairly simple:
Unhappy with a chance of rampage vs Happier with a likely but temporary financial strain.
I chose the latter, and it worked out better than I ever could have imagined.
